Managing Dew Tour’s Social Media

I’ve been working with Pepsi/Mountain Dew on their signature action sports series, The Dew Tour since 2019, which has allowed me to watch some of the best snow and skate competitions in the world. Last weekend’s Dew Tour in Copper Mountain, CO was my first time watching some of the best pro snowboarders and skiers compete in person. It was also the first time I’ve had a snowboarder fly over me!

Throughout each contest I am in charge of managing the social media team in order to coordinate and create the branded content for Dew Tour’s various sponsors, including Pacifico, Roxy, Papa Johns and many others. Each day of the contest requires at least 14-16 hours of work from each member of my team, but after the dust settles and another Dew Tour is in the history books, the feeling of accomplishment is immense. I love my Dew Tour team and feel honored to be a part of one of the premiere action sports contest series in the world. This year I got to interview and create content with 11-year-old snowboarding prodigy, Patti Zhou who made history by becoming the youngest Dew Tour athlete to land on the podium with a 2nd place finish. These are the moments I live for!
