According to a recent study conducted by customer intelligence and experience design agency, Material, “TikTok is increasingly becoming the go-to platform for discovering new small businesses, with 58% of TikTok users saying that they discover new brands and products on the platform and 44% saying they immediately went out to buy something they discovered on the platform.” One statistic that really stood out to me from the study and why I wrote this blog is that, “58% of the TikTok audience convinces someone else to use a product.” If you’re a small business that doesn’t have a TikTok account, definitely sign up for one today!
