Thrasher Magazine For Life

I have been coming to Thrasher HQ for over almost two decades and I always love visiting with the fine folks who work there and seeing the countless skateboarding artifacts on display. One of my favorite spaces inside of Thrasher is the office of their late editor-in-chief, Jake Phelps. The man was a legend who I both admired and was intimidated by. The first time I shook Jake's hand he told me that I didn't know how to properly shake hands, so he had me shake his hand three times. There will never be another person in skateboarding like Jake Phelps, just like there will never be another magazine in skateboarding like Thrasher aka "The Skateboarder's Bible."
